The bylaws, in line with the Brazilian legislation principles, establish a minimum obligatory dividend correspondent to 25% of the adjusted net income for the year or 10% of the Operational Cash Flow Generation in the respective Fiscal Year.

Until September 2017, the distributed value to the preferred class “A” and “B” shares was 10% higher than the one distributed to common shares. On November 10, 2017, Suzano became part of the listing segment of the Novo Mercado, and now holds only common shares.
